Identity and retail experience for Hawaiian printmaker Tori Richard (with Winkreative)

Erwan Lhuissier is an art director and a designer with experience in completing projects of various scale within the cultural and commercial sectors.

To him design is about narrative as much as aesthetics: an opportunity to develop clear stories through designing objects, spaces, and experiences. It is an approach founded on versatility, which implies placing collaboration at the heart of the process.

Following his graduation from the Royal College of Art in 2008, he co-founded Julia, a design studio recognised for its clear concepts and the variety of its production across the cultural landscape: from exhibitions and identities for leading art institutions such as the V&A, Artangel and the ICA, to designing multiple books for renown publishers such as Sternberg press or Phaidon.

After moving back to Paris and closing Julia, Erwan applied his concept-lead approach as a Senior Art Director for Winkreative where he lead projects for pioneer brands in the fields of place-making (Kindred Works), retail (Tori Richard) and luxury (Moncler).

He is currently freelancing and consulting for different agencies in Paris and London. Please do get in touch if you would like to receive a portfolio.
